Intro to Pilates - Level I
Perfect for the client that is new to Pilates, this low impact workout will build on the basic principles of Pilates. Moving at a slower pace, this class will teach the specific exercises of mat work to gain better body awareness, flexibility, and strength. Good for anyone including those with low range of mobility, mild injuries, or back pain.
Pure Pilates Mat - Level II
Mat class in it's purest form, utilizing your body's own resistance. A wide range of exercises to challenge the core, focusing on all ranges of motion, flexion, extension, and rotation. This full body workout is great for everyone.
Power Pilates Mat - Level III
A faster paced class challenging balance and coordination using a variety of small equipment. Balls, bands, and rings give a well rounded workout for the whole body.
Buns & Guns - Level IV
Mat and small equipment class focusing on strength and endurance. Get the heart pumping while building muscle in both the upper and lower body.
Reformer Private Equipment Session - Beginning through Advanced levels
Pilates workout on small equipment and the Pilates Reformer. This one hour session is tailored to the individual needs of the client. Private sessions are perfect for correcting muscle imbalances, cross training for sports, and addressing the specific needs of the body.
