Minds Meeting at the Barre class takes ballet warmup exercises and simplifies them for everyone.  These workouts primarily focus on strengthening the lower half of the body including glutes, hips, leg, knee and ankle.  Meeting at the barre class works on improving range of motion, flexibility and strength through opposition and stabilization of the muscles.
