Our athletic training programs are designed to improve your athletes performance. We are here to train athletes in the off-season. Each class will be specifically designed to improve your sport of choice. Group and private sessions are available.
Private/Individual Training - (1 on 1 Training)
One-on-one training is our most extensive and in-depth type of training. Designed for 1 athlete who is looking for individualized attention when it comes to training. The athlete is able to focus on specific areas to strengthen them in their sport.
Small Group Training - (4 to 6 athletes)
Small group training is also an extensive and in-depth type of training. Designed for 4-6 athletes. This type of program thrives on the thought of competition as a motivational factor. This training is for athletes who want to focus on specific areas to strengthen their physicality for their sport.
Large Group Training - (7 to 9 athletes)
This is set up for teams or groups of individuals who want to train together. This is designed for 7-9 athletes. This usually includes athletes who are in the same sport or same positions.
Large Team Training - (10 athletes or more)
This is set up for teams or groups of individuals who want to train together. This usually includes athletes who are in the same sport or same positions.
All Sports Speed Class -
The All Sports Speed Class is a speed development class for athletes of all sports who want to become quicker, faster and stronger. Speed is a fine motor skill and can be increased by applying principles of motor learning to speed training.
